Sales Operations Specialist

Hong Kong

In close collaboration with the Sales team, the Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales order and channel partner operational processes. This includes:

  • Assist Sales team to summarize weekly sell-in and sell-out data.
  • Manage order confirmation, shipments, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Support Sales team with order, entry, and tracking processes.
  • Analyze and solve all order processing issues via troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to ensure the problem will not reproduce.
  • Perform regular controls to ensure quality and reliability reporting data.
  • Manage inventory and sell-thru.
  • Document Control of Sales Order Change Notification
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Sales Operations experience supporting sales.
  • Past experience with import/export business, including China, Hong Kong, Australia, US a plus.
  • Experience with Consumer Electronics channels and accounts is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Tech savvy and fast in the use of IT.
  • Rigorous and details oriented.
  • Strong will to offer a high quality customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Multi-lingual in English , Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred.
  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment producing high quality workand projecting a positive attitude.

Technical Support

Team Lead, Technical Support

Hong Kong

In close collaboration with the Sales team, the Team Lead, Technical Support shall address customer enquiries in both an efficient and outstanding way.

  • Develop and/or revise technical support documentation for products and processes.
  • Use various means to troubleshoot technical concerns and research possible solutions.
  • Provide exceptional technical support for our resellers, partners and customers regarding all Jetlun products and services.
  • Manage the customer support portals.
  • Support Sales team with pre-sale and post-sale technical support.
  • Develop and/or revise product test plans.
  • Review, propose, implement and constantly evaluate Support Operations processes and tools to improve efficiencies.
  • Collaborating with other areas of the business regarding Customer Operations issues and processes.
  • Identifying areas for on-going technical and non-technical training for the team.
  • Acting as a resource to Management and other departments, as needed.
  • Assisting with projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service, sales, or support role interacting with customers, partners, and/or end users.
  • Phone-based support skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (e.g., Web-based applications, Mobile applications, Excel, Word).
  • Rigorous and details oriented.
  • Strong will to offer a high quality customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of technologies, troubleshooting and offerings available to customers.
  • Multi-lingual in English , Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred.
